I've used 123-reg, with no banners or anything, once it was setup (there was
a placeholder until then)

As they only do basic forwarding, I forwarded the basic domain to
domain.dyndns.org which did the active forwarding. Not necesary if you have
fixed IP.

Had no problems with them & have also transfered domains between various
users with only about a days turnaround.
