Cabling from switches to LD units

What cable have people used for running back from momentary light
switches
to the DIN mounted LD units?

I'm thinking of using T & E red/red cable but ISTR seeing a photo on
the web
showing someone using three core and earth cable, brown, blue, yellow.

Has anybody got any comments or what have you used?
