Re: ot Pathetic Service BT



I recently had really bad service from BT with a new installation .
Fortunately BT have a policy of £25 per line per day for compensation
on
business lines.  I got nearly £2,000 from BT due to their numerous
cockups!
Worth the hassle in the end :o)
