I have had a mixed bag with BT engineers, probably through dealing with a
large cross section..
Seems the older ones tend to be the best though. some of the younger guys
have a monstrous chip on their shoulder.
for me, the real problem is the totally fractured nature of the technical
staff.
I'm sure it makes whopping sense to have a specialist division for
soemthing
like Highway, but I *as a customer* don't give a flying monkeys. I want to
phone 151 and get help, not passed around the country for a larf, and
eventually told to phone back on a different number (but with the same
voice
messages as 151, just to confuse you ;) )

the drones on the phones that are crap.
I once (and only once) had a BT engineer turn down a free brew!!!
