Very unlikely. I've had several meetings with Energis since, and the bottom
line is that they have a profitable UK hosting business, but made a series
of "unwise investments" in European telcos.

They're in the bizarre situation at the moment of having some contracts
with higher value than their market cap.

Most likely outcome is that the UK business will be bought as a going
concern by someone like C&W.
