All I know is that we are supposed to have anything fixed within 5 hours.
My boss has told me that he is putting a large claim in, as I don't deal
with paperwork.  I expect he's probably confused, as you seem to know what
you're on about.  It may also be that he's putting in a claim over and
above
what BT will give us, as he's like that.
