We've got a 650U in the office.  Ebuyer had them for £52 inc VAT a couple
of
months ago and I was tempted :)

Sexy little beast - very compact and draws power from USB so less leads.
Quality seems pretty good, although it couldn't cope with scanning some
microfiche at the highest resolution - terrible alignment problems - but
perhaps that was unfair of me...
