My parents BT line is acting up after an alarm install, removal and
reinstall. BT blame the alarm installer - he blames BT redcare and the
problem is still there. Every three minutes or so a beep is heard on the
line and is very annoying. The alarm installer says it is a message sent to
BT RedCare alarm. The Bt RedCare box is disconnected from the line and the
beeps still keep on coming.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this? or how to resolve it?

Michael
