2 modes, each fatally flawed... it can fire on command via the internet
(and hope that the target hasn't moved and been replaced by a small child
in the variable time that the packet might take to transfer), or it can
just track the target and follow automatically with IR movement detection
(whoops).

And it can easily be upgraded with a machine gun...

I think I'll stick to taking pictures of the villains!
