Don't know. Sorry.

Yes, probably. Single use is usually what it says it is, and the ISP I've
signed up for forbids it.

That all depends on what info you have on your system.

At the moment I have a Surftime account, which is on from about 7am till
5pm. I get portscanned about once a week. If I didn't have things in place
to stop them, they might gain access to my system.
