Dummy ADSL question

Basic situation:

I currently have a Windows 2000 server which is set to dial-up to an ISDN
Internet account, and uses Microsoft Internet Connection Sharing to give
the rest of the office web access. This works, now, today, here, in this
place!

I am considering moving to ADSL.

The questions:

If I get a single-user, USB, ADSL installation, and hook it up to the W2k
server in place of the ISDN dialup:

1: Will it work?

2: Will it breach any access agreement terms?

3: Will it _really_ cause big security problems. I'm not going to host a
domain out of this...

Regards,

Mark
