Apologies to those fed up with similar threads.

I've put one togerher, and it doesn't work.  The only clue I can give
anyone is that R6, the one in Series with the IR LED gets very hot when
power is applied.  Any advice.

Also, I've guessed at the pins on the TSOP18338, can anybody tell me which
is which?
