That's VERY simple: COMPETITION
Like I said in an earlier post, BT do NOT have any true competition in the
fixed telecomms marketplace, despite what Oftel (spit) or anyone else might
say. They drag their heels over the "good stuff" because they
can, and
there's not a darn thing, you or I, or anyone else can do about it. (just
yet).
I live in eternal hope that this will change, and that one day, I can
really
excercise some choice about taking an ADSL service from some other
provider,
that has NOTHING to do with BT at all, and which involves NONE of my £??
per
month going into BT's bloated coffers!
