Actually what the CM12U does is send a poll signal (0x5a) when it receives
an X10 command until you (the application)
respond with a 0xC3. This is why ActiveHome will carry out the required
when you manually wake up your PC. It
simply gets the poll signal from the CM12U/CM11U telling it that there is
data in the buffer.
