Unless my memory fails me, standard consumer units have a top-hat DIN rail
which will take an LD10.
Industrial units often have D or G profile rails.
You should have no problem with standard ones.

I think the original question was a bit more specific because I also have
just bought my first LD10 and have no idea what to buy to mount it on. I
thought originally an ordinary consumer unit would do but clearly the DIN
"top hat" rail is something
different.
The Maplins catalogue talks about DIN rail mount enclosures of various
widths but also in the DIN rail and accessories part mentions the actual
metal DIN rail (by the metre) , standard and miniature, and end covers, end
stops, jumper bars etc. Which
bits do we need?

Try an electrical wholesaler, like CEF. They should be able to get
enclosures 2 modules wide - i.e., the width of an LD10. Other dimensions
won't be far off that from a consumer unit, though.

Sorry. I should have been more specific!
I need something capable of holding a single module, that will fit under
kitchen wall units. i.e. as small as is possible.
