Did you ever find any? I had a similar quick search last week, but maybe
I'm looking for something slightly different. My idea was to X-10 a few
ceiling roses by mounting a box over them to get the mains and switched
live connections, with an LD10 in the box to allow X10 control. Longer
term plan is to have my own controllers in the box with a real wired
control, but this would be handy to get started, and would be dead easy to
fit... all I need is a white box, big enough for an LD10, square (or even
round!), and about 4-6" deep, with a blank front. Haven't found one
so far...

Someone else was asking about DIN rail fittings. IIRC, you need a little
bit of rail, some screws to fix it to the box, then whatever you need to
fit to it. End caps etc are used to cover bare live terminals on standard
DIN connector blocks, the pictures of the LD10 that I have seen would
suggest that you don't need them for the LD10.
