I read this last week....
Elk Products, Inc is about to release the low cost Magic Module
Programmable Controller. Four analog inputs, four relay outputs,
two way
X-10, ****Dallas iButton reader****, RS-485 data bus. Connects to
PC for
programming or input/output control. MV-120 Recordable Voice
Annunciator
attaches to the data bus and can record and play 32 messages
with a total
record time of 120 seconds.
You may download the latest Magic Module Programmable
Controller
Development Software and manuals from www.elkpro.com. The
software
includes a simulator to test programs without having the hardware.
Savoy Automation, Inc., in a new version of their CyberHouse Home
Automation Software, is offering a version that supports the Magic
Module
Controllers. A beta version can be downloaded from their website
www.savoysoft.com and will run the Savoy Version Magic Module
with
software registration.
You
need version 30E.
