You should give HouseBot a look. www.housebot.com It's extremely
versitale but cheap. It has something called a "software remote" which
is can be implemented on a bunch of windows based touch screen
devices. It has a somewhat steep learning curve but once you get the
hang of it it's incredibly versitale.
