video problem in IWitness

Subject: video problem in IWitness

have a problem with IWitness;  i select video and try to play video but the
picture is off center from the viewing screen.  thus i can't see the video,
all i see is a little corner of it.  any suggestions?  anything would be
appreciated.  thanks
