ISTR 95 through 99 are mid-band channels. That might be the reason. This isn't my primary area so I'm not 100% certain.

Most filters are not like a brick wall but more like a steep sloping hill. You need to stay one or two channels away from the
limits.

Unless I'm wrong about the frequency range of 95-99, you're probably not going to have much luck in that range. If no one is able
to help you resolve this you might want to contact ChannelPlus tech support. It takes a few minutes to get through but they're
extremely helpful folks with in-depth understanding (not the usual droids reading scripted answers). Their toll free line is
800-999-5225. The auto-attendant says it's the Linear Group because Linear bought ChannelPlus a few years ago.

ChannelPlus used to offer custom notch filters. They're made to order and they take a while to get but if they still make them that
may be your best bet. IIRC, they also used to sell direct but if that's a problem let me know (I'm a dealer) and I'll try to help.
