I've never purchase anything from Robert.  I wouldn't qualify to file a
complaint about his service, delivery, or support.  If you're inferring
that the BBB doesn't *investigate* the complaint by requesting copies of
relevant paperwork (invoices, etc.), then you really don't know how they
operate or haven't bothered to find out.  I think we can discuss this
intelligently without dissolving the thread into irrelevance.
