What's the width of the area you want to view from 200 - 300 feet away
(Also called "field of view")??  I'll need this to determine the focal
length and zoom factor of the lens.  Higher quality IR illuminators for
that distance are going to be expensive (on the order of $2500 - $4000 -
but that's CDN dollars).
