Scurity Camera Questions

I am trying to find security cameras that will view 200ft. to 300ft.
day and night with quality enough to identify someone's face and what
they are doing. I will need them to be motion sensitive as well.
Problem is I don't know anothing about security cameras.

Can someone please tell me what spec. I need to look for when shopping
for security cameras?
