One for satellite?  Better rethink that.  Systems like DirecTV will use more
than one for multi-tuner devices like a Tivo or their house-branded (piece
of crap) DVR.

That'll work just fine.

Also consider running CAT5 (or better) twisted pair.  While wireless is
handy, nothing shovels the data along faster than wired connections.  If
you're in there just add some CAT5 along with the coax.
