As almost everyone who posts here knows, I'm a fairly strong advocate for
DIY.  However, in this case I concur.  While I might be able to guide the OP
through this, I'd rather not due to the serious danger of electrocution.
The potential financial savings of a hundred or three dollars isn't worth
the potential loss of a life.
