Seriously number two its a cold laser.  It instantly hyper freezes a
what ever spot it touches.  Sweep it across your enemy, and instead of
slicing them like a regular laser it freezes a line across their body
and they shatter at that line if they move before they thaw.  If you are
truly evil you catch them on the toilet and freeze them just above the
anus.  They explode in a massive poop storm when they try to push one out.
