Never had anyone ask me for one.

I never did any really big companies so that could be the reason.

Anyway, I guess it would depend upon the conditions if I would sign one or not.

Otherwise they'd have to settle for a "Pinky swear" and "cross my heart and hope to die" not to tell anyone.
