Shaker/vibration for deaf person

Am looking for a shaker for bed (on headboard or under pillow) for
elderly and deaf customer. Need to vibrate when phone rings (central
station calling) or door bell rings (police/firemen at door).

Have looked on line, lots of stuff/vibrating alarm clocks, strobes,
loud sounds, etc. Any suggestions for decent products you might
recommend.
