I don't know of any professional wireless alarm systems the DON'T do that.

I'd suggest that you stop looking at the Internet and retail available products and look at some of the professional lines. Napco is my first preference but there is Honeywell, Interlogix, Linear, DSC.
Keep in mind however, that these systems are not documented for the DIY'er.
The learning curve for the DIY'er using professional equipment is an important factor.
