Sorry to hear that.  I have similar fears when my day comes.  The choices
get very slim.  I assume that what you are presently providing monitoring
service for your customers and only doing upgrades and service for those
customers.  Meaning that you are not taking on any new customers.  Does that
take up a lot of your time or can you just do it on the side, so to speak??

The only other thoughts that I would have for you would be to possibly merge
with another company of your liking and then phase out of your involvement
of a period of time.  Maybe be paid out over a (X) year term.

Also I have heard that some Centrals will buy the accounts from the dealer
and the sub out the service calls.

I am just throwing out some thoughts here that maybe you have already
considered.

Really would be interested in what your final resolve would be.
