I've been trying the Napco Starlink Cellular communicator. So far so good. Not exclusive to Napco panels.

Accommodates future GSM sunsets.
Remote arm/disarm, confirmation and status
Device can be programmed remotely
E-mail and Text arm/disarm notification along with alarms.
Remote up/downloading of alarm panel.
Works with AT&T, T mobile and with Verizon in the future.
Can be used as primary, backup or as redundant signaling.
Alarm Panels sending 4/2 or CID format. No mention of SIA (You'd have to check on that)
