WOW! Two of those, a folding 4 x 8 on top and you can really lay the
plans out. Pa_Bound did point out something I wish I had learned --
Countertops are best if around 30+ inches high. You can view surface
while standing, sit at a convenient stool height, and not dread
getting up and down to go get that 'one more piece of paper'.
