I have used the CID ,SIA and  no problem all over tri state area Pa.
Oh.. WV  numerous carriers DSL, VOIP, FIOS etc   and I have never had
a problem with it
 I deal with GTE, All-tell ,Wind-stream, Verizon ,
Consolidated,Comcast, ATT  etc.
but I have had problems with 3/1 4/1 4/2 getting false kiss off etc.
have had 3/1 4/1 give me kiss off problems
