Like this kind of phone call

Have a  Public Park customer who has had to run there main lodge on a
diesel generator while a bridge which carries power lines to building
is being  replaced .They  called the lady's up at the central to thank
them for the immediate phone call when they got the AC Loss signal
last night
The maintenance people where able to get on scene and things fixed
before pipes froze etc.
and damage was done to generator from the cold and would not let it
restart.

Sometimes things do go right wish they always did.
