NAPCO quickloader

Need help from the "masters" ;-)
i do not have experience in Napco download and yesterday i tried to dl
an xp600 using Napco's quickloader.
First of all i didnt find a csid code so i believe tha it must be the
same with the installers (dealer) code?
My second question is about the procedure. The panel answered the call
the modem (USR sportster 33.6 fax modem) connected but it cannot
continue and i get messages form quickloader to check connections,
etc...
My question is if i have to use simultaneously with Quickloader the
PcPreset software in order to complete the download or if i have to
press a combination of keys in napco's keypad the time that panel
answers tha pc call...
i am a little confused :-/
