BTW I purchased some equipment from this guy (Bill) last week and some of his
prices are below wholesale:

He said he can offer these prices because he buys excess inventory from
alarmcos, and companies going out of business.

I was very pleased with his prices and delivery time.  It's best to email him
for prices instead of buying from his store IMO to avoid eBay final value fees.
