When you go through a distributor to send something back for repair,
it has to take more time to go through their system of packing and
shipping and creating a papaer trail.... both ways. If it's really
urgent call the mfg and find out how to do it direct and follow the
steps I mentioned above. ( assuming the NY'er risk, of course)
