Perhaps he doesn't know how to install or write HTML so he makes a
dysfunctional website and tries to sell alarms for a local company on the
Internet.  Global advertising for a local sevice company is a waste of time
at best.  Doing it badly is even worse.  But don't let that stop you from
finding a way tobe insulting  (not you, Jim).
