In my experience, it doesn't matter if the cable company wires the
alarm back in, it doesn't work anymore half the time anyway.

The best is when you explain to the customers they need to either
switch back to POTS, or change to IP or GSM monitoring. I swear to god
90% of them look at me like I'm lying, WTF is wrong with people. I
charge less for GSM than the big names charge for phone line
monitoring, and these people act like I'm a criminal. I can't take it,
I'm putting in an application at Burger King.
