Sounds like ADT.  :^)

It doesn't matter where their profit center is.  All that matters is if they
move the mail quickly and efficiently from one place to the next.  They do that
remarkably well and at a price that's better than anything the private sector
could hope for.  If the public option runs as well as the USPO we'll be a lot
better off.  Maybe they can even help Jackass Stevens with his psychosis.
