Why are you wasting time with this?  Do you have a manual for it?  Download
software?  Can you add a keypad, or add zones to it?

Sonitrol panels are designed to support their microphones, and transmit
stored audio to their central station, in addition to supporting
conventional devices.  It doesn't make sense to try and support something
like this, even if you had documentation.

Besides, what is your customer going to do with a button labeled "Sonitrol
operator?"

Besides, there's the fundamental problem with takeovers:  if the customer
was happy with the old system, they probably wouldn't be calling you.
