You mean "over-priced", don't you?

I'll bet it's all "special order" which means your 30 day "no questions
asked" return policy is pretty well "blown".  Does "Honeywell" still
provide warranty service on products that are installed by an end-user,
or does the warranty vest in the company purchasing the product?  If,
for some reason it's installed incorrectly, do *you* replace it or do
you just walk away?  Your BBB report pretty well says it all, doesn't it??
