Power system down

Connect wire from zone 1 to PGM 1

Power up, wait 10 seconds.

If the relay clicks now - it's locked out.  Else, It's defaulted to factory
presets (power down, remove jumper).

Now you have to reprogram the whole thing from scratch.

Do not perform the above unless you're sure you can reprogram the system
yourself, I can guarantee no one here is going to hold your hand through the
whole process.
