Fix sensor to frame on opening side. Put the magnet on a short 6" chain. Fix
free end of chain to opener. Use the magnet itself to stick the magnet to a
bit of steel near the sensor. Then when window is opened further the chain
will pull the magnet off the sensor. It wouldn't be critical to set up. Use
a stay to stop wind causing false triggers.
