Usually not, but it's always best to save
(upload) the program to your PC before
you start.  Then all you need to do is
download it to the panel to make sure
everything is right.

I've been getting lots of calls for new
chips for the Napco P3200 panel.  I got
a prioce from my distributor and posted
the chip (the part number is P3200CHIP)
on my website.

I checked my records and only the new
battery shows up.  How long ago did you
get the P3200 panel from me?
