I think life just goes on.. Tony was visiting Jr. and made a comment
about "you used to run Jersey", and Jr. said "that's good" <- or
something like it.
I think that is when Tony realizes he may, and probably will - end up
the same way. Tony is living in paranoia, which I think is what the
last scene is about - it puts the viewer in his shoes - seeing all the
people come in, thinking this may be the 'one'. Plus, his visit with
AJ's shrink- all he could talk about was himself, the shrink and
Camellia saw it right away - Tony was oblivious.
To me, the whole thing was about putting the viewer into Tony's
perception. What I still don't get is when 2 episodes ago, when Tony
was doing the peyote and screamed "I get it now!". What did he get?
