Re: Distributors are like Usenet



Didn't the guy who bought Tri-ed used to run ADI before Honeywell bought
them? And didn't TYCO own them before they sold to this guy? So all the
employee problems with the old company stayed with the new?
Since distribution lives off at least a 20% margin (sometimes a lot more) it
makes for sense to buy direct when you can. I always think of distribution
as a place for last minute purchases and small volume or one off parts.
