Re: Recommedations for 800 number providers



This is another advantage to working with Monitoring America.  Initially, we
provide you two toll free numbers that are yours to keep.  One is for alarm
monitoring, the other is for your customers to call when they need to call
the central station.

When one of your customers calls the central station, the phone is answered
in your company name.  The same applies to verification and dispatch calls
we make, we use your company name.  Our founders wanted to have their own
central station and this is the basic concept Monitoring America operates
under.  This is your central station.

Monitoring America is unique, we are owned and managed by our customers.
Our only customers are you, the alarm dealer.  You elect your board of
directors, I report to the board at the monthly board meetings.

Prices, services and policies are set by the board of directors you elect.
Further, you share in the profit.  Last year we paid $90,000 back to our
members (stock holders) as dividends.  This is not anything to write home
about but I guarantee we are the only central station that sends you a check
at the end of the year.
