First question would be:  What accuracy is required???  By this I mean, to
with in 3sqft, 20sqft, 100sqft, in given quadrant of the building, or just a
general area on either floor????

And the next question would be to see real-time on a monitor, a report of
daily activities or something different??

The answers will determine feasibility and maybe a price range.
