[sigh]  You still don't get it.  The point is to
discover and resolve the problem *before* the
alarm signal comes in.  There are services a
central station can provide using existing
technology to avoid these problems.  I've
explained the proper procedure several times
but it's apparently not getting through.  Perhaps
if you actually thought about what I'm saying
rather than try to find something to argue about
you'd actually learn something.
